The proposed meal journey

1. Choose.Select a meal before the confirmed ordering cutoff.
2. Assign.The planned app shows the collection point, shelf and numbered meal box.
3. Collect.Open the assigned unit and confirm the box shortly after collection.
4. Heat.Collect chilled, then heat the meal at the pickup point.

This is the intended product flow, not a currently operating service. The first pilot may use a simpler staffed collection process while demand and operations are tested.

Assigned collection and hardware

The long-term product concept uses a shared refrigerated pickup unit. After choosing a meal, the customer would see one assigned location, shelf and numbered box rather than searching through other orders.

The meal is designed for chilled collection, with heating equipment at the pickup point. The exact refrigeration, access method, microwave setup and first-pilot hardware are not confirmed. Makanyu may begin with compliant off-the-shelf refrigeration and a staffed handoff before testing unattended equipment.

Future packs and planning prices

The Module Pack is a future volume-dependent target, not an opening price. Its concept releases seven meal tokens per week for nine weeks. All pack structures and prices may change after supplier, location, demand and operating costs are confirmed.
